Several clocks
big above small
soundless as rocks
lonely (and forgotten) in the music hall
Decaying trees for a cheap price
roots tear concrete up
cars drive into the precipice
rocky scars will cover them up
Flags fluttering half-mast
tender spot lights
shivering red dusk last
short-dressed, high heeled women out of
sight
Screening used as bar
weak enough to jump through
ready to start the second that'll stop
the war
stopped by clocks, starting their
annoying stereptyped tune
