paranormalromanceDe ene beschouwt het als minderwaardig omdat boeken uit dit genre niet vaak een literaire prijs krijgen toegereikt. De andere durft er niet in te beginnen omdat ze schrik hebben dat het te nihilistisch zal zijn. Een grote groep mensen rekent deze boeken ongetwijfeld tot de ‘guilty pleasures’-categorie. En ik? Ik ben er helemaal gek van.
